Please understand we are a small company specializing in unusual keyboards. To protect our customers, Credit card information taken over the phone is shredded end of business day. Most items are $12.00 to ship. $15.00 for priority. Do not bother with insurance for melodicas. They are packed so well we have never had claim. If ordering a key sitar I recommend insurance $5.00. 2) Send us a US Postal Money Order. Make the MO out to Sound Electra Tell us what you want and include your shipping address and phone #. We will ship it out right away. Paypal is a online site for making financial transactions over the internet. It's fast, free and secure. To set up a Paypal account click here . Contact paypal toll free at 1-877-672-9725 Once registered you logon Paypal and click the Send Money tab on top of screen. This takes your to the Send Money page. The first line is Recipient's Email: Type SoundElectra at hotmail.com (This will send the money to us). Next is Amount: type in total including shipping. Type: select Goods- Non-Auction. In the Subject or Note tell us what you want and please include a phone # in case we have a question for you.
5) We are a cyber store but if you are in town, call and we can arrange to sell the item for pick up.
We are not allowed to sell used melodicas. To keep things simple we have a no return policy on everything. In years of melodicas sales we have only had one customer request a refund and that was for a music book. Thanks for supporting this web site. We welcome your opinions.
